A Boston Tea Party …(Get Down To Their Level)

I have visited psychologists, sociologists, priests, party members, rabbis, ministers, teachers, counselors, and wise old elders but no one has yet been able to help me understand the logic of a liberal. I am beginning to wonder if it is as hard to explain as a calculus formula and maybe that is why I just don’t understand it. The logic of a liberal quite simply is a riddle to me I may never understand. Why is it so difficult?

A liberal’s logic says nothing matters more than the civil rights of an individual even those individuals who want to kill us. The same people who will kill innocent children and mothers or chop the heads off of those they kidnap. A liberal’s logic calls himself a patriot but cheers when the United States military is caught doing something wrong. A liberal’s logic says that all individuals should be able to be free to make their own choices yet refuse to want to spread democracy to countries where people live under tyrants. A liberal’s logic condemns capitalism while profiting under that very system. A liberal’s logic says the country that gives the most money to aid the entire world does not give enough. A liberal’s logic considers a judge who promises to uphold the constitution is unfit to be on the bench.

It is because their logic is contradictory that makes it so warped. Maybe it is only when us conservatives reach a much higher level of understanding that we are then able to grasp what a liberal understands. Maybe us conservatives are just to simple to understand the complexity of liberal thinking. Or maybe deep down liberals hate America and what it stands for. Maybe they are not logical and that is why us conservatives think they are nuts. It many ways it is like dealing with children, to understand them you must get down to their level. A level that defies logic but makes them feel important. In the end though, all children need the logic of parents to survive. Liberals just haven’t grown up yet and most likely never will.
